Example Protein Calculation
Suppose a person weighs 70 kg and selects a moderate activity profile.
70 × 1.2 = 84 g/day
At 1.5 g/kg:
70 × 1.5 = 105 g/day
The resulting general range would therefore be approximately 84–105 grams per day under this example.
